GiveWP Donation Plugin
Caridad theme has a donation feature through the Give WP plugin.
If you go to the "Donate Now" page and click on the "Donate button" a special form will pop up:
In order to replace it just open the page with Elementor and click on the button - in the left side, you'll notice the Give WP shortcode:
You can customize all the donation forms in Dashboard > Donations > All Forms:

GiveWP Donation Widgets for Elementor
Once the add-on is enabled, you’ll have a new Widget section in your Elementor builder called “GiveWP Widgets”. There’s you’ll find all 10 of the available widgets. Simply drop any of them onto your page and the options will be displayed for you to configure.
