The meta-information, in a single post view - Author, Date and Time, can be easily customized for all posts in the Single Post Template.
To begin, navigate to the Toolbar > Edit with Elementor > Single Post Template:
or Go to Dashboard > Templates > Theme Builder > Single Post Template > Edit with Elementor:

Next, click the edit icon of the "Post Info" widget and customize or remove any of the metadata:
