Edit the page with Elementor > Locate the Loop Grid widget > Click on the Edit Template:

Edit the page with Elementor > Open the Query tab of the Loop grid widget, and edit the source, order, etc.
How to edit the News Loop individual post information?
Go to Dashboard > Posts > Category: News > Locate each post and edit it with Elementor:
You can access the Post's settings: Title, Featured image, etc.
Or edit the post's content - the easiest way to locate each Elementor widget is using the Navigator (The "Structure" section on the right)
