The Loop Builder enables you to create and design the main item for repeating content (i.e. loops) such as listings and customize its layout on the page. By creating a main item template yourself, you get much more flexibility compared to the Posts widget to design your listings and include additional dynamic content. How to edit the main item template of the Stories Loop?

    



     

Edit the page with Elementor. Locate the Loop Grid widget (the easiest way is to use the Navigator). Here, you can edit the grid settings and styles. Click on Edit Template to customize the Loop main item - Loop Grid Stories - Main Grid

 


   

Be aware that an alternate template has been added to this grid (the second column, which is placed a bit below). The template name is Loop Grid Stories - Secondary Grid Item:

All of the main item's elements are dynamic tags (https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/), so they pull the individual content of each post/page. Click on each widget in the Navigator to find out which content of the page/post to edit:


   


   


   


   

    

    

How to edit the Story post information?

  

    

You can directly edit the Success Stories Loop posts by clicking on the title or the content below it. Next, click "Edit" on the top toolbar.

   




Or, go to Dashboard > Posts > "Edit" or "Edit with Elementor":

  

  

   

Edit the "Title", "Excerpt" and "Featured image"

The statistic number pulls the individual content from the post Custom field. Click on "Edit" and locate the Custom field at the bottom of the page:

 

    

  

     

Troubleshooting


If you don't see the page's Custom Fields, click on Preferences > Panels > Additional > turn on the "Custom Fields" toggle:

      

  

    

 You can edit the rest of the post content by clicking "Edit with Elementor". Edit the widgets available in the Navigator:
