The first steps with a new editor or theme can be challenging, but it's worth it.
If you're a newbie with Elementor, or you're experiencing difficulties editing the theme's demo content, we recommend you to save the page/post as a template before customize it: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-duplicate-an-elementor-page/
This way, you can immediately restore the demo content and start over if something goes wrong.
If you haven't done the step above and have messed up a home page, you'll need to reimport the page template, so you can recover the missing/broken part.
Follow the instructions below:
Let's say that you've messed up / or delete the first section:

Scroll to the bottom of the page >> click on the "Add Template" icon:
https://elementor.com/help/adding-templates/

Open the "My Templates" tab > click on the "Import template" icon:

Click on "Select files"

You may see the popup below; click "Continue"

Notice!
You can also see this popup - click "Enable and import" to continue:
You can now insert the page's template:

Next, you'll see this popup; click on the "Apply" button:

Now, you'll see the imported content below the current one. You can drag&drop the section that you'd like to restore to the top in the navigator https://elementor.com/help/navigator/
You can delete the rest of the section, if you don't need them:

And here's the demo section restored:
