You can switch to the standard one in the Single Product template - access it via the top WordPress toolbar:
or go to Dashboard > Theme Builder > Single Product > Edit with Elementor:
Open the Navigator for easy and quick access to all elements on the page > click on Product Images > Style tab > disable the "Display as Full Size Gallery" feature:
